The Villas

Each 87.5 m² villa is designed with a combination of modern and traditional architecture giving you the opportunity to enjoy the real Greece, with no compromise on today's comforts and modeties. Fully furnished throughout, each villa boasts open plan dining and living area with fully equipped kitchen. Down the hall you'll discover the master double bedroom with en-suite shower/WC, another twin bedroom and the main bathroom with jacuzzi-bath to unwind and relax.

Luxury comes as standard so you can also enjoy air-conditioning, satellite TV, DVD player and internet connection for your laptop. In the lounge, the sofa can be converted into an extra bed for larger families wanting to get away. The kitchen is self sufficient with coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge freezer, cooker top. For your everyday needs you will also find an iron, hair dryer and safety deposit box.

The Megalithari villas are also fully equipped for winter time getaways, with a full internal heating system. Who can resist a cozy night in by the stone built fireplace, or a night out on the veranda under the star scattered skies???

The Setting

These private, newly built, yet traditional style villas are nestled in the hillsides, surrounded by ancient olive groves on the beautiful North West part of Corfu in between Kavadades and Arillas. Enjoy lazy days by the pool with breathtaking views across the local bays and take in mesmerizing sunsets over the offshore islands.
Although set in a private, secluded location, nearby is the village of Afionas, the resort of Arillas and the fishing village of Agios Stefanos which means you can enjoy privacy and solitude whilst village life, long sandy beaches and local cuisine are all within easy reach.

To the rear you will find spacious, private parking, a storage room is available with a communal washing machine, a kiddies playground and vegetable garden.

Your Villa overlooks landscaped gardens bursting with local plants, flowers, shrubs and trees. Your very own swimming pool and jacuzzi awaits your arrival for days of fun in the sun with spacious lounging and stone built BBQ area all looking out over the amazing contrast of scenery.

For Your Comfort

A daily maid service is run and linen is changed twice weekly. All areas are accessible for people with disabilities or who may need wheelchair access. Car hire, airport transfers, excursions and boat trips can all be prearranged for your holiday and further services such as in-villa catering, wedding ceremonies and other functions can be catered for within the grounds of your villa.

Much culture, history, fun and excitement awaits in the surrounding areas of Megalithari. Water sports can be enjoyed at the local, sandy beaches of Arillas, San Stefanos and St. George's Bay. Hire a motor boat from Arillas Bay and explore the rocky, North West coastline with its private coves and secret beaches only accessible by boat or head out and discover the uninhabited island of Diaplo that lays off the coastline.

Take a walk into the hillsides and up to Afionas which offers wonderful walking routes and spectacular views over St. George's Bay and St. Stylianos' Cave in Porto Timony Bay or visit the village square of Kavadades whereyou will find one of the oldest mansions in Corfu which is of particular historical importance.
